Omega Seamaster Rasa Railmaster

  1. Arloji "coklat" memiliki referensi 2938-3 yang menggunakan back case sistem ceplok-cungkil, bukan referensi 2914 yang menggunakan back case sistem screw down.
  2. Arloji "coklat" memiliki berbeda desain lug case, juga crown, ukuran diameter ( yaitu 35 mm), dan back case luar polos tanpa logo, diproduksi tahun 1958.

Berikut saya copy paste kan artikelnya:

An Omega Railmaster Called A Seamaster: What Did Pakistan Have Against The Railmaster?

This one is a real oddity. The Omega Railmaster is a great vintage watch. It is the big brother of one our favorite watches, the Ranchero. Apparently the mid-1960s Pakistani army didn't feel the same way.
They liked the looks and movement of the Railmaster, but they didn't care for the name. So they approached Omega and had them produce some custom watches using the Railmaster case and movement but had it labeled "Seamaster" on both the face and case-back. These watches were then given to Pakistani Air Force pilots.

We have heard about these particular watches for a while but we had yet to come across one. The one we have found is a great one. "The dial is original with radium indexes and Broad Arrow hands.  The screw-back case measures 39mm and has a protective soft metal cover for anti-magnetism."

The back is engraved with "PAF Seamaster" and the serial number.  Perhaps the best part about this watch is that there is no doubt at all that it is authentic.  It comes with an Omega certificate and records extract indicating that it is just as advertised.  It also dates the watch to July 9, 1964.
The seller is asking for roughly 12,000 euros for this impossibly rare watch.  Click here for the details for this 1964 Omega Railmaster that is labeled as a Seamaster, originally issued to the Pakistani Air Force (scroll about half way down the page).
We would really love to get the story on why they were opposed to using the Railmaster name...
